Fónua have long standing direct procurement relationships with all of the key mobile device hardware OEMs.

REQUIREMENTS

Main Responsibilities are not limited to but will include:
§ Ensure achievement of DOA turnaround time targets by close monitoring of DOA processing on a daily basis.
§ All accepted DOA’s to be batched and RMA requested within agreed specified timeline.
§ To keep DOA rejection level from Suppliers within KPI targets providing monthly reporting. All rejections to be retested.
§ Manage the processing and crediting of all returns and recalls for different distinct channels.
§ Main point of contact for key external customer and for internal returns queries.
§ Organise regular stock counts of returns warehouses
§ Provide feedback to business and key customers on device performance.
§ Provide weekly and monthly reporting to key external customer.
§ To assist in building a strong communication relationship between the workshop, goods in, warehouse and customer service departments.
§ To ensure that all returns areas are kept clean and in an economical orderly fashion.
§ Fonua UK returns processing in system and training of Cannock warehouse staff on returns.
§ Reporting internal and external and slides preparation for Operations meetings.
§ System testing for any changes introduced.
