We are recruiting to fill the position below:
QUALIFICATIONS
- B.Sc / HND in Marketing, or a related field.
- Currently Serving (Nysc)
- Strong interest in technology and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market trends.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries for document management solutions.
- Assist in generating and qualifying leads through calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
- Maintain and update the database with accurate client and sales data.
- Provide support during product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the team to execute campaigns and follow up with leads.
- Prepare and deliver reports on activities and client feedback.
- Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on product features and the competitive landscape to articulate value propositions effectively.
