Revenue Accountant The Revenue Accountant supports day-to-day revenue and accounts receivable activities in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, responsible for accurately processing billing, cash application, and revenue-related transactions while ensuring data consistency across multiple systems. The Revenue Accountant will work closely with Finance, Sales, Service and Operations teams to ensure information in QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Jira is aligned and accurately reflected in financial reporting. What we are looking for: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field  • 2–4 years of accounting, invoicing, or accounts receivable experience  • Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working in transactional, data-entry–heavy environments  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (filters, lookups, reconciliations)  • Experience working across multiple systems and reconciling data between them  • Ability to follow defined processes while identifying data mismatches or exceptions  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment What you will be doing: • Process customer transactions accurately and on time  • Apply and reconcile customer payments (ACH, wire, credit card, checks)  • Ensure revenue, billing, and payment data is accurately reflected in QuickBooks  • Reconcile data between QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Jira to ensure consistency  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between systems, partnering with Sales, Service, and Operations teams as needed  • Prepare revenue and AR related journal entries • Support reporting and data validation related to revenue and accounts receivable About Powered by MRP Powered by MRP is building the first end-to-end marketplace providing the world’s largest selection of new and pre-owned aesthetic equipment, supplies, and managed services from the industry’s top companies.
