Description
  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead the monthly revenue close process, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
  • Ensure accurate and timely customer billing and invoicing
  • Oversee accounts receivable, collections, cash application, and revenue-related processes
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Accounts Receivable professionals
  • Maintain customer pricing structures, commissions, and revenue-related master data within the ERP system
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to support business growth and customer setup activities
  • Perform revenue, commission, rebate, and payment reconciliations
  • Analyze revenue trends, collection performance, and financial metrics
  • Develop reporting and dashboards for executive leadership
  • Drive automation, process improvement, and operational efficiencies
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
  • Participate in special projects and strategic accounting initiatives


  • QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • 3+ years of management experience leading accounting or accounts receivable teams
  • Strong experience with revenue accounting, billing, collections, and accounts receivable management
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis)
  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
  • Strong understanding of GAAP
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills


  • Preferred:CPA or CMA certification
  • Experience within multi-location organizations, retail, hospitality, food service, franchise, or other complex operating environments
  • Process improvement and accounting automation experience
