Job Description    * Establish and Manage end-to-end revenue recognition processes in accordance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. * Recognize revenue generated from various products and services offered by the organization. * Ensure accurate revenue realization and reconciliation between transactional systems, settlement records, and the general ledger. * Analyze revenue numbers to provide the relevant insight for management decision making. * Support the accounting assessment of new products, services, and commercial arrangements from revenue recognition perspective. * Perform and oversee reconciliation between e-money liabilities and corresponding physical funds maintained in Trust-Cum-Settlement Accounts (TCSA) and other designated accounts. Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies through co-ordination with other teams. * Monitor daily e-money positions and identify exceptions, operational breaks, and control weaknesses. * Prepare e money reconciliation reports and management dashboards highlighting key risks and outstanding items. * Calculate, review, and maintain provisions for partner commissions and related expenses arising from bank-to-wallet, card-to-wallet, airtime sell and other payment ecosystem transactions. * Merchant settlement and other payable settlement based on reconciled data and/or service received  * Support month-end and year-end closing activities relating to revenue accounting processes. * Prepare management reports, reconciliations, variance analysis, and exception reports for relevant stakeholders. * Support internal, external, and regulatory audits by providing relevant data, reconciliations, and explanations. * Recommend corrective actions and process improvements to strengthen revenue controls. * Assist in implementation of automated reconciliation and reporting solutions. * Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations, accounting standards, internal policies, and governance requirements. * Strengthen segregation of duties (SoD) and internal control frameworks across revenue and settlement processes. Academic Qualification * Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline from a reputed university. * Professional qualification such as CA (Partly/Qualified), ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent will be highly preferred. Job Experience Required * 4–5+ years of relevant experience in Finance Operations, Financial Control, Revenue Accounting/Assurance, Treasury Operations, or Digital Financial Services. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role. * Experience in Banking, Fintech, MFS, PSP, Digital Payments, Telecommunications, or Financial Services industries is highly preferred. Required Capabilities * Strong understanding of digital payments, fintech operations, settlement processes, and financial transaction lifecycle management. * Strong knowledge in IFRS. * Expertise in financial reconciliation, revenue accounting, commission management, and operational risk controls. * Ability to drive process automation and operational excellence through technology-enabled solutions. * Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across business, technology, banking, and regulatory teams. * Sound knowledge of financial controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance. * Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities. * Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and project management skills. * Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, business intelligence tools, and advanced Microsoft Excel. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced digital financial services environment while managing multiple priorities and strategic initiatives simultaneously. > > Banglalink Digital Communications is one of Bangladesh’s leading telecom and > digital service providers, committed to transforming the way people connect, > communicate, and innovate.
