Job Description Revenue Analyst The Revenue Analyst supports the Revenue Management team by transforming hotel data into actionable insights through advanced analysis and visualization. The role focuses on forecasting, pricing support, and performance reporting using Power BI to drive revenue optimization while maintaining the positioning and service excellence of our brand. Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly hotel performance (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, TRevPAR). Monitor pickup, pace, and wash patterns and flag risks or opportunities to management. Assist in implementing pricing strategies across all distribution channels. Analyze rate effectiveness, length-of-stay controls, and inventory restrictions. Monitor competitor pricing and positioning within the Qatar luxury hotel market. Produce daily revenue reports, weekly forecasts, and monthly performance analysis. Maintain data accuracy in PMS, RMS, and channel management systems. Extract and analyze data from systems such as OPERA PMS or similar RMS, and Power BI tools. Identify new revenue opportunities and support long-term commercial strategy. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office teams. Adhere to company policies, data confidentiality, and financial compliance standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field. Power BI certification or proven professional experience in Power BI. 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Analysis or Revenue Management, preferably in a five-star or luxury hotel. Experience in the GCC or Middle East hospitality market preferred. Strong analytical and data storytelling skills. Commercial and strategic mindset.
