INSOTEL HOTEL GROUP is a renowned hotel chain in the Balearic Islands, currently undergoing a period of rapid growth. Your role within the company will be to ensure compliance with the company's quality and environmental management system.
Your main responsibilities will be:
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM:
• Review and update of process procedures for hotels and the head office.
• Review and update of instructions derived from these procedures.
• Creation/modification of templates for annual management records, minutes, indicators, weekly reports, waste logs, etc.
• Updating of customer satisfaction records:
• Communication of satisfaction results to managers.
• Recording of energy consumption: water, electricity, diesel, and LPG, and communication to Management and Maintenance.
• Planning of analyses, supervision of their execution, and contact with the managing companies regarding any issues.
• In some hotels, preparation of the food hygiene incident plan each time an external audit is received.
• Accompanying hotels during external audits as well as health, water, etc. inspections, and following up on non-conformities.
• Implementation and supervision, in conjunction with hotels, of self-monitoring plans:
o Swimming pools
o Legionella
o HACCP
• Conducting internal audits
• Verifying the correct execution of procedures, instructions, and records.
• Evaluating applicable legal requirements.
• Preparing the CSR report.
ENVIRONMENT
· Control and monitoring of the measures carried out in environmental matters, both before their execution (design, budgets) and once they have been executed (inventories, data analysis)
· Prior preparation of the environmental plan, analyzing the current situation and establishing together with the general management and the operations management the measures to be carried out.
OTHER TASKS
· Creation of analytical charts on quality and environmental issues.
· Requesting and preparing data on textile or chlorine analyses, in conjunction with the purchasing department.
· Creation of comparative tables with different budgets.
· Preparation of quality and environmental data for the non-financial information report, as well as the subsequent audit.
- Management of the mobile application for incident handling.
Vocational training in Engineering or Tourism.
Training in Quality and Environmental Management is desirable.
At least one year of experience in Quality, preferably in the hotel sector.
Advanced Excel skills are essential.
Residence in Ibiza.
Availability to travel between islands.
