THE JOB
easyJet wants to build a world-class Commercial function, delivering industry-leading revenue performance across our network. Revenue Analysts play a key role within our Revenue Management and Trading teams, helping set our pricing and trading strategy in order to maximise total revenue per seat and profit.
As a Revenue Analyst within EasyJet’s Revenue Management team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing revenue performance through data-driven insights and robust testing methodologies. Reporting to the Senior Revenue Analysis Manager, your analytical expertise and strategic mindset will directly contribute to pricing, inventory decisions, and overall revenue maximization, ensuring that EasyJet stays ahead in a competitive market.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Insight Analytics
Conduct in-depth analysis of pricing, demand, and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Develop dashboards and reports to track trends, identify risks, and highlight growth opportunities.
Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders, including Revenue Managers and Senior Leadership, through clear and compelling data visualizations and reports.
Analyse market trends, competitive pricing, and customer behaviour to inform strategy.
Testing Activity
Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize pricing and revenue management strategies.
Develop hypotheses, set up test parameters, and evaluate outcomes with statistical rigor.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes based on test results, ensuring continuous improvement and agility.
Document and share best practices for testing processes to improve organizational learning.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with Revenue Managers, Data Science, Marketing, and Commercial teams to align insights and strategies.
Collate findings and recommendations in accordance with the wider teams ways of working.
Tools & Technology
Leverage advanced analytics tools (e.g., Python, SQL) and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau) for efficient data analysis.
Stay updated on the latest analytics and testing tools to continuously enhance capabilities.
Requirements of the Role
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO THIS ROLE
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, data science, economics, or
2+ years in analytics or revenue management, preferably in the travel, aviation, or e-commerce sector.
You will have knowledge of programming languages such as Python or SQL, experience with data visualization and familiarity with statistical testing methodologies and tools.
Proven ability to analyse large datasets and deliver actionable insights along with a strong understanding of forecasting models and optimization techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
