QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role at hospitality industry.
• Good English communication skills, especially in negotiating and interacting with various parties.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively in developing strategies.
• Able to work in Ubud, Bali.

• Maximize revenue for both BaliSuperHost and the villa owners.
• Analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and guest behavior to set optimal room rates.
• Monitoring and implementing pricing strategies for all managed Villas.
• Facilitating communication between the revenue team and Villa Owners.
• Addressing Villa Owners inquiries and requests regarding pricing.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and property management teams to synchronize revenue strategies.
