QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs and other go-to-market tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong).

SKILLS:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms (e.g., Tableau or Looker).
  • Excellent communication skills to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for process optimization.

As we continue to scale rapidly, we’re focused on optimizing our go-to-market strategies to fuel sustained growth. We’re looking for a driven Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team and help build a high-performing revenue engine.
In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in streamlining sales, marketing, and customer success operations, ensuring alignment across these teams. You’ll analyze data to uncover actionable insights and implement scalable systems and processes to drive revenue growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Systems and Tools Management:
  • Own and optimize the revenue tech stack, including CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and customer success tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy and streamline workflows across systems.
  • Train team members on tools and best practices.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Develop and refine scalable processes for lead generation, pipeline management, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to improve communication and handoffs.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track key metrics (e.g., lead conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, churn, and lifetime value).
  • Analyze trends and deliver actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Strategic Alignment:
  • Partner with go-to-market teams to align on revenue goals, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
  • Act as a central hub for cross-functional collaboration and communication.
  • Project Management:
  • Drive key revenue-focused projects, such as implementing new tools or optimizing processes.
  • Ensure timely delivery with measurable outcomes.
