Job Description Within the framework of the hotel strategy, is in charge to implement and use Revenue Management methods, processes, tools in order to maximize the revenue. Primary Responsibilities Prepare and ensure accuracy of daily update & analysis for relevant hotel stakeholders. Identify anomalies in reservations made yesterday/ over the weekend. Monitor rate parity across all relevant distribution channels. Take daily decisions to optimize the hotel revenue. Decisions in terms of pricing, inventory management and group quotation. Assist in managing room authorizations Assist in day-to-day operation issues & troubleshooting Setup rates, promotions and restrictions, and communicate it to all relevant stakeholders. Prepare and ensure accuracy of weekly reports. Assist in the preparation of weekly RevMAX meeting materials (current performance versus measured targets, competitive analysis, special event analysis, online channels performance, other ad-hoc analysis). Assist Director of Revenue in preparing month-end reports & Ad-hoc analysis Review and ensure that latest hotel’s information and contents are reflected on all relevant distribution channels. Maintain good relationship with business partners and vendors and constantly seek for opportunities to maximize hotel’s performance. Assist Director of Revenue in reviewing forthcoming business plans, identify gaps and ensure proactive measures to fill capacity and maximize all revenue opportunities. Ensure that a “RM culture” is spread in the hotel, through the animation of weekly yield meetings (gathering the GM and key hotel managers) and regular coaching and training sessions for the hotel teams. Assist with training of new associates as necessary on revenue management tools.
