The Role We are looking for Revenue Assurance Lead to support one of our most important transformation initiatives. In this role, you will ensure a smooth commercial migration, protect business continuity, and help deliver a successful customer experience. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams — including CD, Marketing, IT, Finance and Supply Chain— to track progress, resolve issues, and drive Go‑to‑Market milestones throughout the transition of the Ice Cream business in the Philippines. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all activities required to transition the organization from legacy systems to the new ERP solution with minimal business disruption. What you'll be responsible for: Business Continuity Planning Support development and maintenance of the business continuity plan to mitigate risks that may impact the go‑live timeline. Coordinate activities across CD, IT, Finance, and Logistics to ensure readiness and alignment of all internal dependencies. Work closely with the markets to consolidate status updates, escalate issues early, and ensure alignment across markets and functions. Provide timely, clear communication to customers and internal teams regarding migration progress, next steps, and required actions. Manage the collection and tracking of customer agreements (e.g., vendor numbers, contracts) to secure transactional readiness. Support analysis of commercial and operational impacts resulting from changes in the migration scope, summarizing implications for senior management. Create and maintain accurate documentation of migration processes and assist in preparing and delivering training materials for impacted teams. Cut‑Over Strategy & Planning Define the overall cut‑over approach (big bang, phased, wave-based, or hybrid) Develop and maintain the Cut‑Over Plan covering: Pre‑cut‑over activities Go‑live weekend activities Post‑go‑live stabilization Identify cut‑over dependencies, risks, constraints, and assumptions Align the cut‑over plan with the master project plan and go‑live timeline Cut‑Over Governance & Coordination Act as the single point of accountability for all cut‑over activities Coordinate cross‑functional teams: Business / Process Owners IT / Technical teams Data migration team Integration team Testing, Training, and Change Management Facilitate cut‑over planning workshops and readiness checkpoints Ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and handoffs during cut‑ove Go-Live Execution Support Hypercare to stabilize Billing, Cash App, Pricing, Claims, Credit and Collections processes Lead the cut‑over command center during go‑live Control execution of the cut‑over checklist and timeline Manage real‑time issue escalation and decision‑making We're looking for someone who: Strong understanding of: Business processes Data migration Integrations and batch processing Solid project management and dependency management skills Ability to operate with speed, structure, and clear decision‑making within a dynamic, fast‑paced transformation environment. Strong stakeholder‑management experience, especially in cross‑functional settings requiring alignment across multiple markets.
