Description
What You'll Do Responsible for timely review, examination and verification of the daily records and reports related to income and revenue of the casino, for both gaming and non-gaming activities. What You'll Bring Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of Casino. Inspects, analyzes, authenticates, and confirms all daily information into the revenue audit files including tracking of coupons and complimentary receipts. Ensures all revenue-generating gaming activities comply with all applicable regulations. Timely issuance of incident reports to management to alert and/or correct deviations from internal controls. Responsible for verification of all fill slips, credit slips, jackpot forms/paperwork, chip inventory, cage accountability, soft count verifications, credit card receipts and other paperwork related to the daily revenues. Responsible for maintaining weekly, monthly, and annual logs as directed by the internal controls. Responsible for issuance of flash and daily operating reports. Responsible for maintaining readily available files including all retained records for current and prior years. Adheres to customer service standards by providing excellent customer service. Must have ability to: Communicate effectively with all levels of team members and customers. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Move around all work areas effectively and efficiently. Able to work periodically under conditions of extreme urgency (creating higher levels of job stress). Perform other duties as assigned or required. Regulatory & Compliance Responsibilities High School diploma or GED required. Accounting or related area courses preferred. Gaming, hospitality, banking and/or audit experience preferred. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Basic software knowledge including Outlook, Excel and Word is required. Ability to work in a team. Detail oriented. Critical thinking and ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with 10-key. Excellent math skills. Unquestionable integrity and work ethics. Must be able to maintain confidential information. Strong guest service and problem-solving skills. Able to Multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels Gaming License Required? Ability to secure and maintain TRIBAL Gaming License.
