Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Provide full support and coordination services to the Revenue Team Create hotel activation plans to overcome pace/position deficiencies with the goal of exceeding forecasts and beating the competition (Market share). Constant consideration and search for best Build positive partnerships with commercial peers as well as other teams to ensure clarity in and connectivity to enterprise efforts. Seek opportunities, specifically up-selling opportunities, to increase sales and conversions within the Team Prepare various reports as and when required Communication of hotel’s commercial strategy for short, mid, and long-term success to key stakeholders What are we looking for?
