Job Summary:
Consults with Revenue Cycle and Operational Management on accounts receivable best practices and performance. Performs analytic functions to support and improve enterprise accounts receivable within all areas of Revenue Cycle. Provides training on standard practice and procedure to enterprise Revenue Cycle management front line staff. Ensures compliance with all Revenue Cycle regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

• Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
• Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred
• Three years’ relevant experience: Preferred

Essential Functions:

• Tracks, trends and performs regular analysis of enterprise accounts receivables and other key indicator reports to obtain and maintain top quartile performance metrics.
• Develops action plans and recommends new procedures to help meet performance measures. Consults with local and enterprise leadership on performance improvement and standard procedures.
• Researches government rules and regulations to comply with state and federal requirements for all Revenue Cycle functions.
• Uses independent judgment regarding procedure and technical setting which impacts financial outcomes of the system.
• Travels to individual facilities to consult directly with Revenue Cycle management.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
