We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and growth-minded Revenue Cycle Director to lead our billing operations, provide financial reporting and support our continued success. POSITION SUMMARY

The Revenue Cycle Director will oversee and optimize all aspects of billing and collections, including financial reporting and supervision of the billing team. This leader will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflows, accurate claims processing, compliance with payer requirements, and excellent communication between clinical and administrative staff.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Deep knowledge of medical billing, coding, compliance, and insurance reimbursement.
• Specialty experience in allergy/immunology billing.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build high-performing teams.
• Accounting & Financial Reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of ModMed (Modernizing Medicine) EMR
• Proven track record of leading teams to achieve measurable revenue cycle improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to collaborate across departments.
• Goal-oriented, growth-minded, and motivated to drive results.
