Job Description Seeking result-oriented healthcare professionals with experience in all aspects of Revenue Cycle Management. Will be responsible for executing organizational, operational and financial performance and maintaining rigorous controls. Looking for a team builder to manage key employees to attain budgeted goals and monitor compliance with all aspects of revenue cycle. Will oversee the revenue cycle for the entire healthcare system and report to the hospital’s leadership. Will be able to problem solve and strategically analyze different business lines to improve efficiency and make recommendations for improvement. We are looking for a leader that can measure and manage performance through automation resulting in improved outcomes and increased productivity. Must possess a proven record of performance in the areas of pre-registration, registration/admitting, cash flow, utilization, collection and denials. For Profit hospital experience required. Oversees the following departments: Admitting/ Registration, Case Management, Business Office/ Patient Accounts, Health Information Management, and Contracting. Job Type: Full-time Experience/ Education * Bachelor's degree required. Masters preferred in in Finance, Healthcare, Business or related field * More than 10 years of previous experience Licensing/ Certifications * Required * Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) * Certified Outpatient Coder (COC) * Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist (CMRS) (or equivalents) * Preferred * Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) * Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) * Certified Revenue Cycle Executive (CRCE) Institutional * Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP)
