Description Revenue Cycle Director Shoshone Medical Center Shoshone Medical Center is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Director to lead all revenue-generating operations for the hospital and affiliated physician practices. This key leadership role ensures efficient revenue capture, optimal reimbursement, regulatory compliance, and a positive patient financial experience. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee billing, collections, pre-authorization, patient engagement, and medical records (HIM). Manage day-to-day revenue cycle operations for timely, accurate billing and collections. Oversee provider credentialing, charge master maintenance, and overall revenue integrity. Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to ensure accurate charge capture and documentation. Maintain strong payer relationships and ensure contract and regulatory compliance.
