REVENUE CYCLE SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in Accounting preferred
• Accounting or accounts receivable experience required
• Revenue cycle management (RCM) experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

• Process customer invoicing and perform related administrative duties
• Correctly process and record customer payments and checks
• Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and secure payment
• Resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner
• Answer incoming calls in a professional, friendly manner
• Perform back-up duties for the accounting team as needed
• Support the accounting team with project-based assignments
