Duties and Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to: Review and resolve insurance denials to obtain final adjudication. Analyze accounts receivable reports to follow up on unpaid claims. Submit required documentation to insurance payers as requested. Follow up with insurance payors on incorrectly paid claims. Correct demographic and payor information and submit it to payors. Work with Front Desk Teams to support Patient Collections. Collect Patient Payments. Process Hardship, Scholarship, and Payment Plans. Manage reports on recognized payor patterns/projects. Escalate emergent and systemic issues to supervisor. Ability to work in fast paced environment. Additional responsibilities as assigned.
