We are a seeking an ambitious, friendly, positive, and compassionate Revenue Cycle Systems Senior Manager to join our team. The Revenue Cycle Systems Senior Manager creates centralized ownership of systems, workflows, vendor performance, and all pre-claim revenue cycle operations. This role is responsible for ensuring that all activities leading up to claim creation — including eligibility, referrals, charge entry, and system workflows — are accurate, efficient, and optimized to prevent downstream revenue loss. This position transforms pre-claim operations from a fragmented, reactive function into a structured, performance-driven capability, ensuring clean claim generation and scalable revenue cycle performance. Working alongside the AR Manager to also create systems to monitor, quantify, and collect data on AR as well as create systems and dashboards to prevent, report, and decrease denials and low productivity. RESPONSIBILITIES Own end-to-end pre-claim workflow performance, including: Eligibility verification Referral management Charge entry accuracy and timeliness Own NextGen PM/EHR functionality and optimization Monitor: Charge entry workflows Payment posting accuracy (system integrity oversight, not ownership) RCX rules and edits Oversee: Vendor performance (Sunrise, YVW) across pre-claim functions QA, productivity, and accuracy standards Manage: System interfaces and data flow Pre-claim workflow standardization Build and maintain: Daily dashboards: Charge lag Eligibility issues Referral gaps Error rates Identify and resolve: Root causes of front-end errors impacting clean claim rate Workflow breakdowns prior to claim submission Partner with: IT and Informatics on system performance and upgrades AR Manager on denial trends tied to front-end issues Learn more about AARA on our website at http://azarthritis.com Requirements Essential 5+ years in Revenue Cycle systems or operations Strong knowledge of NextGen PM/EHR and workflows Experience with clearinghouse processes (837/835) Advanced Excel and data analysis skills Experience managing system issues and root cause analysis Strong understanding of end-to-end RCM workflows Desirable Experience with RCX rules engine Vendor management experience (offshore teams preferred) Healthcare interface and data flow knowledge (SFTP, integrations) Process improvement / automation experience
