The Revenue Data & Reporting Analyst plays a critical role in advancing the financial sustainability and strategic growth of the organization through data-driven insights. This position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting financial, programmatic, and development data to support informed decision-making across departments. Working closely with Finance, Development, and Program teams, the analyst ensures leadership has timely, accurate, and actionable information to guide budgeting, fundraising, and strategic planning efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, or business development analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems such as Workday, Salesforce, or SAP.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) best practices.
  • Exposure to market research.
  • Deep commitment in advancing diversity and inclusion into organizational routines and practice.
  • Effectively establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect.
  • Comfort and experience in handling risk and uncertainty to move work forward.
