Are you up for an exciting challenge with a primary focus on building a solid enablement engine for our revenue team whom are spread out across Europe? If you are passionate about developing talent and aspire to construct and lead comprehensive onboarding initiatives, this role as Revenue Enablement Specialist is tailor-made for you.
As our Revenue Enablement Specialist, you’ll be the builder behind our onboarding experience, and enablement content. You’ll play a critical role in scaling our revenue motion by equipping newly hired SDRs, AEs, CSMs and Team Leads, with the knowledge, tools, and best practices they need to succeed.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and RevOps to deliver programs that reduce ramp time, increase productivity, and drive revenue performance.
Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and implement onboarding programs that fosters the growth of emerging revenue professionals. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven Revenue Experience: A strong background in a Revenue team, preferably as a quota carrying IC with experience in pipeline creation, opportunity progression, customer retention and demonstrating a deep understanding of the sales process.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas clearly and concisely, facilitating effective training sessions.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess training program effectiveness, measure performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively to achieve program goals.
  • Interest in designing and delivering sales training and ongoing learning programs - experience with this is a huge plus.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales motions (especially SDR to AE handoffs and full-cycle sales).
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

We’re a office first team, and we are lucky to have multiple offices from where we can deliver enablement impact. Most of our programs can be delivered fully virtual but some things are just better face-to-face, especially onboarding. In this role, you’ll need to travel for things like onboarding sessions and in-person training workshops. Expect to be on the road in our different European offices, depending on what’s going on—sometimes more during busy seasons, sometimes less.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be joining our team of +150 people in rapid growth. We are on a venture journey and you will have a huge impact in the organisation from the start.

  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for SDRs, AEs, CSMs and Team Leads that accelerate time to productivity.
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, talk tracks, battlecards, and objection handling guides.
  • Own our LMS or content delivery system to ensure materials are organized, up to date, and accessible.
  • Run feedback loops with ICs and managers to continuously improve onboarding quality and relevance.
  • Track enablement metrics (training adoption, usage, and effectiveness) and report on outcomes.
  • Track ramping metrics (time-to-first meeting, activity numbers, time-to-pipeline, influenced revenue etc) and report on outcomes.
