In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire an experienced and visionary Revenue Executive The Revenue Executive supports the centralized Revenue Management structure through the daily execution of revenue management activities across assigned properties within the Ella Resorts portfolio. The post holder plays a key role within the centralized Revenue Management structure, supporting the commercial performance of the portfolio, in alignment with the company’s commercial objectives, market positioning, and revenue growth targets. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, operational precision, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with strong organizational skills and demonstrates the ability to operate effectively within a dynamic hospitality environment. Reporting to the Yield & Revenue Director, the role focuses on pricing execution, reporting, system maintenance, market monitoring and forecast support, ensuring alignment with the company’s commercial strategy and revenue objectives. Responsibilities Monitor booking pace, ADR, occupancy, pickup and competitive set activity to support strategic pricing decisions. Support the execution of pricing and segmentation strategies to maximize RevPAR and total revenue performance. Prepare rolling forecasts, budget inputs and reforecast updates aligned with market conditions and business objectives. Support revenue operations across assigned properties within the Ella Resorts portfolio and managed franchise partnerships. Ensure accurate configuration and maintenance of PMS systems and connected platforms. Utilize Revenue Management Systems (e.g., IDeaS) and PMS platforms (e.g., Opera Cloud) to support data-driven pricing decisions and system accuracy. Monitor benchmarking tools (Lighthouse, STR) to assess market positioning and index performance. Ensure rate integrity and availability consistency across direct and third-party distribution channels. Monitor channel mix and distribution cost efficiency. Coordinate with property leadership teams to ensure commercial alignment and proper execution of revenue strategies. Support onboarding and revenue integration of new managed properties. Produce weekly and monthly revenue performance reports (Budget vs. LY vs. Forecast). Identify revenue opportunities through data analysis, market trends and demand patterns. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field. 1–3 years of experience in Revenue Management within the hospitality industry. Basic understanding of revenue management principles, pricing logic and dynamic inventory allocation. Experience with PMS platforms (e.g., Opera Cloud) and Revenue Management Systems (e.g., IDeaS) is considered an asset. Experience within Marriott-branded environments and familiarity with Marriott revenue tools (e.g., One Yield) are considered an asset. Familiarity with benchmarking tools such as Lighthouse and STR is considered an asset. Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities. Understanding of hotel distribution channels and OTA extranets. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and communication skills.
