Due to dynamic business growth, we are looking for a Revenue Growth Management sales specialist. As Practice Area Expert – Revenue Growth Management (RGM), you are a senior individual contributor responsible for accelerating the commercial growth, adoption, and impact of NIQ’s Analytics & Activation RGM solutions across West Europe. You act as a regional subject-matter expert and commercial partner, working hands-on with in-market sales teams, account leaders, clients, and delivery stakeholders to achieve short- and long-term revenue goals. You are a key contributor in complex deals, multi-country engagements, and strategic client conversations. Responsibilities Building strong relationships with an assigned group of FMCG clients, understanding their business and strategic priorities Analyzing clients’ business needs and matching them with NielsenIQ solutions, including collaboration with internal teams Managing the business plan for the assigned client portfolio: planning and achieving financial targets, preparing and submitting proposals, negotiating terms with existing and new clients, and monitoring financial performance Actively selling NIQ analytical solutions Representing NielsenIQ during client meetings, industry events, and conferences About You You are passionate about sales and excel at building and maintaining client relationships. You’re not afraid to knock on new doors, and when you don’t get a “yes” the first time, you come back with a new strategy. You are interested in the FMCG and retail industries. Proactive sales activities, representing the company externally, building industry communities, and creating communication channels around them — this sounds like your kind of challenge.
