Description

As the RGM Manager, reporting to the Business Development Director, you will be a key player in driving profitable and sustainable growth for our Consumer Products Division in the GCC market. You will work independently, leveraging your expertise in revenue growth management to optimize pricing strategies, promotional activities, and overall business performance. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our CPD business in a dynamic and rapidly evolving market, utilizing your entrepreneurial spirit to identify and capitalize on category growth opportunities. Your technical knowledge as well as leadership skills will be crucial in achieving these objectives.

  • RGM Deployment & Analysis: Execute the deployment and embedment of RGM strategies within the local organization. Conduct comprehensive RGM analyses, collaborating with marketing, commercial, business development, finance, and CMI teams. This involves combining internal and external data (financial and non-financial) to gain a holistic understanding of market dynamics.
  • Pricing & Pack Architecture Optimization: Maintain optimal average consumer prices and pack price architecture. This includes managing category, product, channel, and customer mix; analyzing promotional schemes and ROI per brand, account, and pack type; and managing retail selling stories and trading terms. Your expertise in scenario planning will be essential for anticipating market changes and optimizing pricing strategies accordingly.
  • Initiative Implementation & Tracking: Drive the implementation of current RGM initiatives to achieve incremental turnover and gross profit targets. You will closely monitor sell-in and sell-out performance, forecasting business with accuracy and driving point-of-sale field execution. Your ability to track and control performance, master brand selling scenarios, and manage business analyst/data analyst relationships will be critical.
  • Retailer Understanding & Relationship Building: Develop a deep understanding of retailer dynamics, value drivers, and consumer preferences. Build strong relationships with retailers, developing plans for their growth and adapting brand distribution strategies accordingly. Your skills in engaging selling and negotiation will be essential in securing win-win agreements.
  • RGM Capabilities Building: Contribute to building RGM capabilities within the organization by sharing best practices and mentoring team members. You will reinforce RGM insights and initiatives to the organization, counterparts, and senior management.
