This position can be based in Amsterdam, Hamburg or Stockholm.

YOU ARE A PART OF

The Personal Health Western Europe Pricing team with team members in different countries on the one hand. On the other hand, you work in close collaboration with the Sales and Marketing team in Nordics and DACH regions. You work closely with the senior RGM manager in these countries. It is a young, diverse and dynamic team with cooperative people who are always looking for the best for the customer and the company.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

  • Be the guardian of the Philips Global Pricing, Promotion and Distribution Strategy (Commercial Strategy) in the DACH and Nordics countries.
  • Onboard sales and marketing into the pricing and distribution strategy to ensure that distribution, promotions and contract agreements are negotiated within the Commercial Strategy framework
  • Drive price and distribution optimization by acting as a linking pin between the Sales, Marketing and finance teams while always acting with integrity as a custodian of our commercial strategy
  • Ensure proper functioning of the exception escalation process (or even better: avoid that exceptions are needed)
  • Gather market insights and create a feedback loop towards the global Commercial Strategy team with regard to possible improvements for the Commercial Strategy
  • Coordinate the pricing process for customers (ensure customers receive their updated price list on time and in full)
  • Analyze RGM KPIs and act as a consultant towards sales, marketing and finance to drive continuous pricing and profitability performance improvements
  • to install and govern the proper process of all relevant local SAP loads, including price uplifts and distribution that is compliant to the RGM framework and in line with customer contracts
  • Different cross countries (Western European) improvement processes.

TOGETHER WITH THE SENIOR REGIONAL GROWTH MANAGER YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Driving net revenue optimization by creating insights of the RGM levers (e.g. promo effectiveness, mix management, distribution, trade investments) for the local marketing & commercial teams
  • Ensuring that the way the RGM strategy is executed helps the wider company, region and countries to realize the goals
  • Drive compliance with regulations and global RGM framework and ensure high quality budget planning and management (with help of the rebate & trade spend manager)
