WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Relevant commercial experience with good understanding of FMCG
  • Proven ability to translate category and product trends into executable strategies
  • Effective project management, advanced communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Nielsen data analysis is preferred
  • Experience working in a matrix organization with good stakeholder management
  • Effective interpersonal skills to develop robust business relationships, adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong problem solving and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), experience with analytical tools and dashboards preferred
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The role of the Revenue Growth Manager is leading pricing excellence, trade spend optimization, and strategic planning across the SEA cluster. This role plays a key part in driving Ferrero value maneuver strategy, enhancing trade investment efficiency, and supporting profitable growth through strong collaboration with distributors and customers. The role reports to the Head of Revenue and Trade Management, Southeast Asia.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of promotional levers across markets, including pricing, visibility, and spending efficiency
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to allocate promotional budgets based on ROI assessments
  • Ensure adherence to promotional guidelines and conduct pre-event ROI analysis
  • Share strategic insights and learnings with SEA leadership and Sales teams
  • Lead execution of value maneuver through SKU, channel, and customer mix optimization
  • Analyze customer performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve trade spend efficiency
  • Deliver actionable insights through uplift and impact analysis of key activations
  • Track and analyze pricing trends for Ferrero and competitors
  • Develop and review annual pricing strategies to meet value maneuver objectives
  • Provide pricing recommendations for new product development
  • Establish pricing standards across channels and customers using analytical models
  • Conduct PPA (pricing pack architecture) analysis to identify optimal pack-price combinations
  • Perform discount curve analysis to evaluate price elasticity and promotional depth efficiency
  • Integrate insights into pricing strategies to enhance portfolio profitability
  • Support the evolution of trade investment practices and promotional programs
  • Lead workshops with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive adoption of revenue growth tools
  • Identify capability gaps and implement plans to accelerate net revenue realization KPIs
  • Contribute to planning cycles including budget and joint business planning
  • Manage turnover planning tools and forecast promotional turnover and investment allocation
