We’re looking for a Revenue Incentive Analyst to take end-to-end ownership of how incentives are operationalized—from Salesforce dashboards to rep payouts and stakeholder communications. You’ll be the central connection between Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and Customer Success (CS) when it comes to variable compensation.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of numbers, processes, and people. You’ll help us run fair, scalable, and well-documented compensation programs while making sure reps and execs alike trust the data and the decisions behind it.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven Experience: 2–4 years of experience in commissions, revenue operations, or analytical support roles, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Salesforce fluency: Strong understanding of Salesforce reports/dashboards (admin skills a bonus, not required).
  • Excel & Data Proficiency: Proficiency in Excel/Sheets — comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and large datasets.
  • Detail-Oriented Execution: Strong attention to detail and follow-through—you triple-check your work.
  • Clear & Tactical Communicator: Excellent communication skills—you can explain complex logic simply and tactfully.
  • Empathy & Service Mindset: A service-oriented mindset and empathy for reps navigating their commissions.
  • Ownership & Drive: Comfortable owning your work independently and driving continuous improvement.
