Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are at an exciting point in our growth journey and are looking for our first Revenue Intelligence Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team. This is a new role within SignUp, designed to bring sharper insights and stronger predictability to our revenue engine.
As Revenue Intelligence Analyst, you’ll turn sales and customer data into actionable insights that help close pipeline gaps, improve forecast accuracy, and drive business decisions. Working across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success, you’ll ensure that we have a clear, data-driven view of our pipeline, deal health, and performance.
In this hands-on role, you’ll build dashboards, track performance, identify growth opportunities, and influence how we scale revenue operations globally.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As Revenue Intelligence Analyst, you’ll support revenue growth by turning data into actionable insights. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Build dashboards & reports to monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue performance.
  • Analyze CRM and sales data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and CS to align on metrics, goals, and performance tracking.
  • Support leadership decision-making with clear, data-driven narratives and recommendations.
  • Improve data processes by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and documentation across systems.
  • Own cadence reporting including CRO dashboards, attainment tracking, and input on compensation plans.
