QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2–4 years in a business intelligence, revenue operations, or analytics role within a SaaS or software environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting; familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets required; SQL knowledge a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, concise takeaways.
  • Strong business acumen and a bias toward action and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Aptean is seeking a detail-oriented and insights-driven Revenue Intelligence and Insights Analyst to support our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Services teams. In this role, you’ll help drive revenue performance by delivering data-backed analysis, reporting, and recommendations that inform GTM execution and business decision-making. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the go-to-market engine to surface actionable insights around pipeline, forecasting, rep performance, and customer lifecycle dynamics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into performance across sales, marketing, customer success, and services organizations.
  • Monitor and analyze trends in bookings, pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
  • Support Services leaders with insights related to project performance, utilization, backlog, and delivery metrics.
  • Partner with GTM stakeholders to identify gaps in pipeline, productivity, and revenue attainment.
  • Deliver regular insights packages to business leaders that drive operational improvement and accountability.
  • Assist with forecast hygiene reviews and funnel health assessments.
  • Collaborate with RevOps teammates on cross-functional initiatives tied to reporting, systems, and planning.
