About the Role This Revenue Intelligence Operations Manager leads high-impact sales projects, driving process innovation and analytics while partnering with senior sales stakeholders. It strengthens sales execution and fosters strong relationships across Veeam’s sales and channel teams. Collaboration spans Revenue Intelligence, Marketing, Finance, IT, and other EMEA functions. What You’ll Do Act as a true business partner for EMEA Sales management team, driving strategic initiatives to improve performance and standardization in a timely manner, such as (but not limited to): Launch or development of new tools for sales & business development teams Simplification of ways of working & processes Enrichment of sales methodology and cross-region harmonization Organization efficiency costs optimization Proactively provide insightful sales metrics at EMEA and lower levels, to support achievement of sales targets Evaluate historical or third-party data to determine best practices for company success Gather and analyze data to understand sales organization issues & address them proactively Present actionable information and insights to team members and senior management Track actions taken Prepare materials and support regular “run-the-business" monitoring & meetings: sales management meetings (Summit, all-hands calls etc.), weekly/quarterly/annual sales forecast and go to market motion, pipeline mgt. and results analysis or any other relevant indicators (activity etc.) Support annual planning process for Sales teams, in conjunction with other team members, which includes sales territories definition, yearly targets calculation and defining the best organization to match Veeam development & needs Maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work responsibilities or environment (e.g., people, processes, structure, or culture); adjust effectively to change by exploring the benefits, trying new approaches, and collaborating with others to make the change successful. What You’ll Bring Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equal experience required (preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, or Business Administration). A master degree would be a plus Previous experience -3+ years of experience within a Technology company (ideally SaaS), or a Strategy or Tech Consulting firm Analytical mindset, able to structure an issue and generate insights from quantitative analyses with rigor Ability to drive projects involving multiple stakeholders in an organization, including very effective interpersonal and communication skills (presentation, written and verbal) Database management and BI application experience (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, SQL) skills would be very appreciated. Salesforce experience is required Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Clik). Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Technical writing and project management experience. Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence). Core skills in SQL for querying and managing databases. Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation Builder mindset and excitement about creating something from nothing. Ability to partner with internal leaders and understand core business functions. Organized, responsive, and communicative. Leadership in managing cross-functional projects. Ability to solve complex problems through data analysis. Ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask.
