This role is responsible for supporting the company’s revenue growth and profitability by analyzing market trends, forecasting demand, optimizing pricing, and providing actionable insights. The ideal candidate has strong quantitative skills, business acumen, and the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations that influence strategy. You will be ESSENTIAL to many FUNCTIONS including: * Pricing & Yield Optimization * Monitor, analyze, and recommend pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. * Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to inform pricing decisions. * Forecasting & Demand Planning * Develop and maintain demand forecasts by product, location, and customer segment. * Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align forecasts with business plans. * Revenue Performance Analysis * Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue per hour, capacity/utilization, margin, and forecast accuracy. * Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for revenue growth. * Reporting & Insights * Build dashboards, models, and reports that provide visibility into pricing, demand, and revenue performance. * In collaboration with the Vice President – Business Intelligence, present insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making. * Cross-Functional Collaboration * Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align revenue management strategies with broader company objectives. * Support special projects such as new product launches, promotional campaigns, and market entry strategies. What you'll need to bring with you: * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field (Masters a plus). * 5+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, FP&A, data analytics, or a related role. * Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and at least one BI/analytics tool (preferably Power BI). * Familiarity with Python is a plus. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Qualifications Salary range for this position generally ranges between $100,000-$130,000. Actual rate will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience and performance.. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package.
