JOB SUMMARY
Our team provides dedicated Revenue Management support to our Marriott Franchisees utilising the award winning Marriott systems to drive rooms revenue at their hotels.
Our Revenue Executives provides support in a variety of ways:
- Supporting the FRS Revenue Managers and the FRS Senior Team in overseeing and co-ordinating the revenue management functions and inventory strategy for Franchise hotels across all brands, in alignment with agreed core deliverables.
- Ongoing support and training to the EMEA based Franchise hotels.
- Supporting the entire FRS portfolio in the deployment of key MI initiatives and system changes.
- Understanding and communicating various Revenue Management philosophies as they pertain to brand and/or geographic strategies (EMEA).
- Communicating and educating the hotels on rational pricing, competitive positioning and restrictions as recommended by Marriott’s Revenue Management Systems, and the impact that they may have on the hotels’ revenue strategies.
Anticipated travel: Up to 10% of the time.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Possesses ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Previous experience with Franchise hotels and across a variety of brands would be useful however is not essential.
- Possess basic knowledge of Marriott’s Systems (MARSHA, One Yield and property management systems)
- Has beginner knowledge of revenue management concepts, tactics and processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make recommendations based on that analysis.
- Strong deductive reasoning.
- Strong attention to detail and follows through to conclusion.
- Has strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Possesses strong organisational skills in tasks management.
- Able to work independently in a multi-task environment.
- Customer focused and enjoys problem solving.
- Able to make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates ability to influence change and decisions.
EDUCATION OR CERTIFICATION
- College Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Previous hospitality experience (+2 years)
