About the role Qatar Airways are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Revenue Management team as a Revenue Management Systems Analyst to be based in Doha, Qatar. As a Revenue Management Systems Analyst, you will share and apply system knowledge across user groups to drive operational excellence. You will be responsible for supporting the Line Manager in delivering improvements through special projects and ad-hoc initiatives. You will be responsible for user support and maintenance of new and existing systems within the Revenue Management function as well as regularly performing testing and system upgrades. Specific responsibilities for the role include: Administer system functions such as functional database and data sources of RM applications ensuring data quality compliance and accuracy. Ensure the normal operation of RM system and promptly resolve system disruption. Conduct regular audits to ensure that the work processes are followed and executed, resulting in optimal usage of RM applications. Liaise with IT, external vendors and RM resources to ensure the systems are integrated in the most optimal way. About you The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications: Relevant College or University qualification to with minimum 4 years of job-related experience. Knowledge of airline systems such as Inventory, Pricing, O&D Revenue Management, Group Revenue Management. Strong knowledge of Airline systems such as Altea Inventory, PROS OD and GDS. Good knowledge of Revenue Management System processes, application and technology. Strong analytical skills with ability to identify and resolve critical issues. Knowledge of programming languages, coding skills would be preferred. Ability to solve problems, address operational needs. Excellent command of spoken and written English.
