Job Purpose:Lead commercial finance support across assigned Americana QSR brands and markets. The role combines menu frameworks, menu elasticity and channel intelligence with portfolio planning, forecasting, promotions ROI, menu-mix analytics and cross-functional business partnership to deliver sustainable topline growth, margin expansion and stronger commercial decision-making.

1. Key Responsibilities:Take complete ownership of revenue growth, promotional activity, channel plans and strategy, third party partnerships to generate profitable growth for assigned brands and markets.
2. Influence marketing activities, product portfolio and promotions of a brand to drive profitable revenue growth.
3. Run country mix, brand mix and menu mix analysis to determine the monetary impact of total mix and present the recommendations and action plans to the management.
4. Responsible for Driving Add-on and upsizing strategy.
5. Run item level up to market brand level profitability analysis and highlight opportunity areas.
6. Map and Optimize margin pools across channels (Dine In, Take Out, Delivery, Online)
7. Closely monitors competitive pricing and create response plans.
8. Lead structured finance-business reviews with Marketing, and Operations leadership, highlighting risks, opportunities, and strategic action plans.

Educational Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, Engineering. MBA is an added advantage.

Experience:7-8 years in Revenue Management, Commercial Finance, Analytics, Strategy or Revenue Growth Management. QSR, food delivery, FMCG, retail or consumer-sector experience preferred.
