We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Revenue Manager to join our vibrant hotel team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maximizing revenue through strategic pricing and market analysis, contributing directly to the financial success and growth of our property.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to optimize room rates and maximize profitability.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to forecast revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create promotions and packages that drive occupancy and revenue.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust pricing models accordingly to respond to market changes.
- Prepare regular reports on revenue performance and present insights to senior management.
- Manage inventory allocation and distribution channels to ensure maximum revenue generation.
- Utilize revenue management systems and tools to support decision-making processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in revenue management within the hotel or hospitality industry, preferably in a comparable market such as Dubai.
• Proficiency in using Opera, IDeaS and RateGain is a must.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent knowledge of revenue management software and distribution channels.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team environment and influence stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
