  . REVENUE STRATEGY & PRICING * Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room). * Manage room inventory, rate plans, and restrictions across all distribution channels. * Analyze historical data and market trends to optimize room pricing. * Ensure alignment with IHG’s revenue management guidelines and systems. . FORECASTING & REPORTING * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue forecasts. * Monitor key metrics such as: * Occupancy * ADR (Average Daily Rate) * RevPAR * Market share * Provide revenue analysis reports to hotel leadership. . DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL MANAGEMENT * Manage hotel presence on: * IHG direct booking platforms * OTAs * GDS systems * Optimize inventory allocation across channels to maximize profitability. . MARKET & COMPETITOR ANALYSIS * Monitor competitor pricing and promotions. * Analyze market demand and local events affecting occupancy. * Conduct regular competitive set (CompSet) analysis. . COLLABORATION WITH COMMERCIAL TEAM * Work closely with: * Sales team * Marketing team * Front office * Reservations * Participate in weekly revenue strategy meetings. .
