-Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize room revenue across all distribution channels. -Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer demand to identify revenue opportunities. -Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance against budget and forecast. - Manage room inventory and allocation to optimize occupancy and ADR (Average Daily Rate). -Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure effective revenue strategies. -Prepare reports, analyze data, and summarize revenue performance for management meetings. -Train and guide Reservations and Front Office teams on upselling techniques and revenue practices. -Ensure Revenue Management systems and distribution channels are updated accurately and on time.
