JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Revenue Manager to lead the revenue function for two exciting new Marriott-branded hotels – Aloft Belfast and Residence Inn by Marriott Belfast – opening in Q1 2026 in the heart of Belfast city’s vibrant Titanic Quarter.
As Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability across two distinct Marriott brands. You will play a critical role in the pre-opening and post-launch phases, ensuring pricing, distribution, and forecasting are aligned with brand standards and market demand.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years of revenue management or hotel analytics experience, preferably in a branded or dual-branded environment.
  • Experience with Marriott systems (One Yield, MARSHA, GXP, CI/TY) highly desirable.
  • Understanding of Belfast/Northern Ireland market trends and segmentation is a plus.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills; experience with STR, HotStats and Demand360 preferred.
