As a Revenue Manager, you’ll strive to maximize revenue and RevPAR metrics across our Mama Shelter Prague property. Think of yourself as the mastermind behind the numbers, ensuring we’re making the right moves at the right time. What You’ll Be Up To: Tracking daily pickups & cancellations – because knowledge is power. Mastering the art of pricing – for both individual and group reservations. Budget prep & forecasting – no crystal ball required, just solid analysis. Hosting and animating yield meetings – yes, it’s a show, and yes, you’re the star! ⭐ Updating revenue reports & ad-hoc analyses & KPIs – because Excel is life. Spying (legally) on the competition – monitoring competitor rates. Adjusting rates & restrictions – playing the numbers game like a pro. Knowledge of IdeaS and experience in a hotel chain is an advantage (yes, we are part of Accor) Familiarity with extranets and daily "playing & optimizing" is a plus. Accor tools? Don’t worry, we’ll train you as part of the onboarding process. Writing meeting minutes & following up on action plans – because details matter. Ensuring data quality & implementing corrective actions – precision is key. Preparing and consolidating reports – because someone has to make sense of all that data! You’re the guardian angel of the Reservation Team – always there to support, optimize availability, and make sure no booking opportunity is missed Qualifications You know the Prague hotel market like the back of your hand Your PowerPoint animations and Excel skills make others jealous.
