As a Revenue Manager at PHĀEA, you focus on revenue optimization through pricing and market analysis. Collaborating with teams, you align pricing with strategies and manage room inventory. Your role involves implementing dynamic pricing, optimizing distribution channels, and forecasting revenue. You contribute to profitability by using data-driven insights to maximize revenue across our resorts. The role reports to the Director of Revenue Management. Job Fit- Responsibilities Support the development and execution of pricing strategies, aligning with the director's overall revenue strategy. Assist in analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and demand factors for strategy formulation. Work in coordination with the sales and marketing teams to align revenue management with broader pricing and promotional strategies. Manage room inventory, allocation, and restrictions, optimizing occupancy rates and revenue generation. Oversee and optimize distribution channels, including online travel agencies (OTAs), direct bookings, and third-party platforms. Generate and analyze detailed reports to track revenue performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement Collaborate with the reservations team to ensure effective room allocation and maximization of revenue potential. Proven experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality industry. Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Analytical and data-driven mindset. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in English. Experience with revenue management software and systems. Proficient in MS Office & Opera PMS.
