We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join the SWOT Headquarters Revenue Team based in Athens to monitor market trends, optimize pricing and distribution, and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to achieve commercial objectives. Job Overview The Revenue Manager – Resort Hotels is responsible for implementing and executing revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and total revenue across SWOT Hospitality’s resort hotels portfolio. This role requires strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of resort hotels demand patterns (Wholesales, Corporate, Leisure, and MICE segments), and the ability to optimize pricing and distribution in highly competitive markets. Responsibilities and Duties · Implement revenue management strategies for resort hotels, focusing on transient, corporate, leisure, T.O. and MICE segments. · Prepare and update accurate forecasts for occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR. · Analyze pick-up trends, booking pace, and competitor performance to recommend tactical adjustments. · Manage inventory and pricing across all distribution channels (direct, OTAs, GDS, brand.com) to ensure optimal channel mix. · Support Sales and Marketing with data-driven insights for pricing, promotions, and corporate account negotiations. · Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports and dashboards. · Monitor market conditions, demand drivers, and city-wide events to anticipate business opportunities and risks. · Conduct regular rate audits and ensure compliance with company standards and pricing integrity. · Collaborate with Operations and Reservations to ensure smooth implementation of revenue strategies. · Present revenue performance updates and recommendations to the Revenue Director. · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field. · 2–3 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in resort or boutique resort hotels. · Strong knowledge of Revenue Management Systems (RMS), channel managers, OTA extranets and PMS. · Advanced analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools is an advantage. · Commercial mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategies. · Excellent communication and presentation skills. · Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. · Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively under pressure. · A dynamic, friendly, and collaborative work environment. · Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. · Competitive salary and benefits package. · Wellbeing Initiatives · Collaboration with top professionals in the luxury tourism industry.
