Description

The mission of the Revenue Manager is to improve the company´s position in the market by developing strategies, collaborate with internal teams and executing action plans to maximize transactions, increase the number of new clients and the loyalty of the existing ones. By analyzing trends in the market, this person will be responsible for maximizing transactions, and revenue by maintaining an up-to-date market benchmark. This person needs to understand the company´s position and work with various departments to ensure continued growth.

  • Develop strategies and execute action plans that will help the company increase transactions, maximize revenue and market share.
  • Manage, develop, and grow the revenue team.
  • Build relationships with new and existing agents to maximize our volume and collect competitor/market information.
  • Support the sales team and provide analytical reporting.
  • Coordinate with Divisional sales and revenue teams to improve Ria’s position in the market.
  • Control of revenue KPIs from the Agent Channel.
  • Analyze trends/changes in transactions and market conditions
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience within Revenue Management
  • Managerial experience
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Strong organizational skills
