THE ROLE
The Revenue Manager is responsible for supporting the development of Category Revenue Management plans and regularly reviewing these plans to adapt to external and internal changes. Key responsibilities include:
Pack Price Architecture: Developing a portfolio that captures consumer value efficiently across categories, packs, channels, and formats by occasion and price-point. This includes determining the annual pricing rate based on external category price analysis and competitive benchmarks. The role leads pack-price projects, analyzes consumer and market research, and collaborates with Marketing and Sales.
Mix Management: Identifying and monitoring the optimal assortment mix by category, channel, and customer. This involves recognizing mix drivers and drags as well as white spaces within the portfolio to recommend strategies that improve profitability.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess:
At least 4-5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in Finance, Sales or Trade Marketing with roles such as Sales Finance, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Revenue Management.
