* Influence revenue strategy across a major consumer portfolio * Lead cross-functional insights shaping revenue performance, including collaboration with portfolio, pricing, marketing, distribution, digital and actuaries/claims * Sydney Location | 12-month contract with potential to become permanent About the Role This role partners with the Consumer Portfolio across home and motor insurance to deliver revenue insights and financial guidance. You will support reporting, forecasting and performance analysis while working closely with senior leaders. The role sits within Finance and Advice and focuses on driving informed decisions that balance growth with margin outcomes. What You’ll Do * Deliver accurate revenue reporting and analysis to support business decisions and performance tracking across the consumer portfolio * Partner with teams including portfolio, pricing, marketing, distribution, digital and actuaries/claims to provide insight on market dynamics, revenue growth and margin outcomes * Monitor gross written premium as frequently as required and identify trends that inform revenue performance and forecasting * Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial targets * Contribute to senior leadership and board reporting through clear and relevant financial insights * Lead and support team members, building capability and ensuring strong collaboration across stakeholders What You’ll Bring * Experience in financial services, strong preference within insurance, applying commercial insight to revenue and portfolio performance * Solid understanding of insurance P&L from operational drivers to P&L impacts * Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear business recommendations * Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders across finance, marketing and operational teams * Experience managing or mentoring others, supporting team performance and development * Confidence working with financial systems and large data sets to support reporting and forecasting activities * Qualifications in finance, accounting or a related field, with CA or CPA preferred What You’ll Enjoy Access our award-winning Shine platform – your central hub for exclusive perks, wellbeing support, career development, and recognition.
