Popis nabídky práce As a Revenue Manager, you’ll strive to maximize revenue and RevPAR metrics across our Mama Shelter Prague property. What You’ll Be Up To: Tracking daily pickups & cancellations – because knowledge is power. Mastering the art of pricing – for both individual and group reservations. Budget prep & forecasting – no crystal ball required, just solid analysis. Hosting and animating yield meetings – yes, it’s a show, and yes, you’re the star! ⭐ Updating revenue reports & ad-hoc analyses & KPIs – because Excel is life. Spying (legally) on the competition – monitoring competitor rates. Adjusting rates & restrictions – playing the numbers game like a pro. Knowledge of IdeaS and experience in a hotel chain is an advantage (yes, we are part of Accor) Familiarity with extranets and daily "playing & optimizing" is a plus. Accor tools? Don’t worry, we’ll train you as part of the onboarding process. Writing meeting minutes & following up on action plans – because details matter. Ensuring data quality & implementing corrective actions – precision is key. Preparing and consolidating reports – because someone has to make sense of all that data!
