About the Role We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to own end-to-end revenue processes in a high-growth AI company. This role will ensure accurate revenue recognition, scale billing operations globally, and drive automation while supporting the build-out of revenue reporting using tools like Superset. Responsibilities Own the full revenue cycle: order-to-cash, billing, collections, revenue recognition, and month-end close. Oversee and reconcile revenue across all our internal systems. Lead the migration from manual to automated workflows; document and implement scalable processes. Ensure compliance with ASC 606 across domestic and international revenue streams, including multi-element arrangements. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Legal to review contracts and non-standard deals for proper revenue treatment. Work with the team to oversee sales-tax, VAT/GST, and indirect tax compliance in collaboration with Anrok and external advisors. Build and maintain revenue dashboards and reporting (ARR, MRR, churn, deferred revenue waterfalls) using Superset and other BI tools. Drive system integrations Mentor a small revenue operations team and establish best-in-class practices. Support audits and serve as the primary revenue point of contact for leadership. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA qualification 8+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience in SaaS, subscription, or technology companies. Deep expertise in ASC 606 and complex revenue arrangements. Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Stripe Billing, Anrok (or similar tax tools), and Excel/Google Sheets; NetSuite experience a plus. Hands-on experience with Superset (SQL, dashboard design, data modeling). Proven success automating manual revenue processes and scaling systems at high-growth startups. Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication skills, able to explain technical revenue topics to non-finance stakeholders. Experience with international revenue (multi-currency, VAT/GST) strongly preferred.
