We are currently looking for a Revenue Officer to join our Residential Aged Care Revenue Team based in our St Leonard’s Sydney Office.
Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for taking full ownership of the resident billing and funding transactions, along with other supporting activities for assigned Aged Care Homes.
You’ll be required to provide accurate and timely processing throughout the generation of all resident fees and charges, manage payments and receipts, manage reconciliation of Medicare funding statements, debt collection and exceptional customer services to internal and external customers, consistent with Bolton Clarke’s purposes to help people live a life of fulfilment.
