Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As our Revenue Operations - AI Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of integrating AI into our commercial engine. You’ll identify opportunities to streamline and scale our go-to-market (GTM) processes - using both off-the-shelf tools and custom workflows and automations (e.g. lead scoring, outreach personalization, meeting insights, upsell signals).
You’ll think across the full funnel – from lead generation to post-sale success – and play a key role in designing and optimizing how our GTM machine operates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS leaders to understand workflows and identify areas for automation and smarter tooling.
  • Act as an internal consultant for AI enablement in the commercial team —identifying use cases, propose new solution with clear ROI analysis, and managing rollouts.
  • Implement, own, and evolve AI-enabled workflows and tools.
  • Support RevOps initiatives including process documentation, lead qualification criteria, funnel analysis, and segmentation.
